We undertake post offer health assessment and health clearance on behalf of your prospective employer. Where considered appropriate, we can advise them of the need to consider any adjustments or additional support needs or we may need your employer to be aware of your condition, but we will discuss any of these issues with you and obtain your consent before we release any information.
Your prospective employer can potentially assist with reasonable adjustments associated with overcoming work-related barriers resulting from disability/impairment or health conditions. Managers and the Occupational Health team are available to support you in this and would encourage you to communicate with your line manager, in advance of your start date, in order that any specific requirements can be progressed.
