OH SCREENING NURSE posted 14/01/25

 

We are recruiting for an Occupational Health Screening Nurse with strong immunisation and phlebotomy experience to join the team working 2 days per week onsite in the London region. Must have undertaken previous immunisation training in compliance with the core curriculum for immunisation training.

Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and have a flexible and positive approach to changing workloads with a ‘can do’ attitude.

OHWorks currently have a number of University clients and due to the increase in student activity coming up,  we are currently offering a 3-month temporary contract from August 2024 to October 2024 for an Occupational Health Advisor to carry out triage of post offer health questionnaires and any follow up telephone consultations that may be required to assess the students' fitness to enrol in their chosen field of study. Previous experience of University contracts and HEOPS guidance on medical fitness would be an advantage. This is a home based role. Hours are Monday – Friday 0900-1700 but there can be some flexibility with this.

Due to growth and new business we are recruiting for an Occupational Health Screening Nurse to join the team working 4 days per week. This will be working for an NHS client and the expectation will be that you cover 3 separate sites in Canterbury, Dartford and Maidstone on separate days.

Key responsibilities will be pre placement screenings, phlebotomy, vaccinations
